I am Very clean, take pride in my home and expect the same. The few things that Get my Goat are dishes in the sink,lights being left on, dirty bathrooms and complete slobs I love to share as long as it is mutual. I have always gained a friendship with my tenants which made things alot more relaxing and comfortable. I love to cook, BBQ and have friends over, although its not very often. I am very easy going. I respect other people and there space. Anything else you would like to know please feel free to ask. I currently have 2 roommates that are moving on to another job in May. Would prefer to have someone that can stay at least 6 mo to a yr. But not required............ Have a Great Day
